Bob Dylan Wins Nobel Prize for Literature – The First Musician

In a major shock, Bob Dylan has won the 2016 Nobel Brize for Literature.
It was announced a short time ago.
He is the first musician to win the award.
He won the award because he “created new poetic expressions within the great American song tradition”.
Well Deserved
I must say that it is very well deserved.
It’s a growing list of awards he has won.
Earlier this year he won the French Legion of Honour which is their highest award and is rarely given to foreigners.
A man who lives locally also has won of those – John Hume.
