Paul Casey
One of the Top Acts in Derry. Said James O’Donnell of Spring Tides “It’s mad that Paul Casey will be playing in Moville”.
Paddy Nash
Again one of the top acts in Derry and further afield. Paddy often plays with his band The Enchiladas at various festivals.
Simon Peters

Simon Peters and his song The Swing
Simon is only 16 but is already a major country music singer and songwriter. He has appeared on the Late, Late Toy Show performing one of his own songs. He was the youngest person ever to be invited to play in Nashville, appearing on the 2nd oldest radio station in the world which goes out to millions of Americans.
One of his own songs, released last year has had 67,000 hits on YouTube and a duet he played and sang with John Hogan has had 265,000 hits. This is an opportunity for Movillians to see a young country star who is fast climbing the ladder.
Jim McClean
Jim plays the Belfast circuit and has performed at major festivals in both England and Ireland. In his own words:-

Lawrence Hackett who won at the Sean Ti
Lawrence won our Songwriter Contest 3 or 4 years ago with his song “When Do We Fall” and is back playing in the Sean Ti for the first time since then.
Easy Street Pickings
This is one of the up and coming bands playing in Derry with some great songs. It is the frontman and songwriter of the band who is appearing. Said ‘Easy’ “I play a folk-style original set. My original hero is Bob Dylan, himself, and I come from Armagh.
Matthew Brown
A young singer from Derry who is making waves and writing great songs. A star of the Weekly Songwriter Nights in Derry.
Spring Tides
Spring Tides have a huge following in Moville and beyond there too and are writing some great songs at the moment. They always attract a good crowd.
Leo McCauley
Leo is about to release a CD of all his best tracks. Leo is an accomplished singer / songwriter with some great ballads.
Local Acts
A number of local acts will be appearing along with the above including ones like Shaun ‘Hiboy’ McLaughlin especially in the afternoon gigs. If you can play, come along and take a slot.
