Nude Scene

Moville boy Pearce Rawdon has been busy during his school holidays.

His mother Movania, who runs an acting and drama class in the town, took him to audition for a part in an updating to modern times of the fairytale The Emperor's New Clothes, this time called The Empress's New Clothes and starring Denise Van Outen.

Met the Actresses

Pearce got the part and got to meet Denise Van Outen before filming.

He had the key line in the production pointing to a naked Denise Van Outen and saying “Hey, that woman's got no clothes on”.

Special Permission

The BBC had to get special permission for a minor to be present in a nude scene.

They are running a series of fairytales updated to the modern age.

Surprised Teacher

His teacher (and his classmates) at the Gael School might get a surprise when she asks him “what did you do during the school holidays”?

That's worth a lot of street cred.

Indeed many of the fathers in the town might be encouraging their sons to attend Movania's acting and drama classes.
