Moville Festival Shock

According to the Derry Journal a band has pulled out of playing the Moville Summer Festival because they didn't want to be associated with a Festival that had male strippers.

According to the Journal they didn't want to be named but it seems that they were supposed to be playing the night after the Strippendales were on.

If that is correct that means the band is Capricorn who are down as a Country / Folk / Rock band.

Survey

However, the Journal also did a survey in Moville yesterday which showed that 10 out of the 13 Movillians they approached were relaxed about having male strippers in the town.

Even Marian McDonald, who was very against it in the beginning, is now saying that she doesn't really mind and it is up to individuals, according to the Journal.

There seems to be a fairly relaxed attitude about the male strip act in the town as the Journal survey showed.
