Moville

Moville always gets an economic boost when those who are from Moville but have gone elsewhere come back for Christmas.

It looked for a while as if they weren't coming maybe because of the snow or the economics.

By Wednesday night there was no noticeable sign of them, with the pubs not much busier, if at all, than a normal Wedesday night.

However, there were much bigger crowds out last night as the Diaspora came home.

It has been a quiet time for the pubs and restaurants and there didn't seem to be many works Christmas Parties that you usually see.

Christmas

It looks as if there is going to be a Christmas anyway.

It is after all the season to be jolly.

People who haven't seen each other for months, as they've been away, are meeting up and comparing notes about what they have been doing - and reminiscing.

it's always a great time for meeting up with old friends.

Christmas is on!
