Quiz
These were the questions asked in he quiz at Rosatos last Thursday which was in aid of Moville Rowing Club and which raised €305.
There are six normal rounds of 10 questions with two points per question.
Teams were told that if they thought that they had done well in a particular round they could play their joker and put a large J at the top of their answers sheet when they handed it in.
The Joker could only be played once and when a team played its joker they got double points for that round, i.e. if they scored 16 in a round they got that doubled to 32.
See how you would have done.
At the end of each round I give the answers.

Guess Who?
In his round you get a series of clues as to who a famous person is.
You start at 30 points and if you know who it is you write down on a piece of paper who it is and get the answer up to the quizmaster who would give you 30 points if you got it after the first clue, 28 points after the second clue, 26 after the third clue etc.
This is a tiebreaker round. It enables teams who are behind to gamble and take an educated guess.
