The plague of wasps is still bothering Moville

Wasps

The late Spring seems to have screwed everything up this year.

The blackberries, in the main, are just turning from green to red, and all the festivals are over and we are just a week and half away from September.

The wasps are always a bit dangerous at this time of year.

There's usually a few about before they all die off.

Plague

However, there's a veritable plague of them this year.

It seems that the local chemsits are being inundated by people asking them for something for stings.

It probably needs a good cold snap to kill them all off - but who is hoping for that in late August.
