Sean Ti

It was a great night at the Sean Ti on the Friday night of the BeatlesFest on the Lough.

Candlestick Park were on when I got there.

They gave a great performance belting out the Beatles numbers.

They were great showmen too.

The crowd really enjoyed.

Top Bands

Candlestick Park are one of the world's top Beatles tribute bands having played several times at the Beatles festival in Liverpool and also at the world's biggest Beatles festival, Abbey Road on the River in Washington DC and Louisville, Kentucky.

They showed that in Greencastle last night.

Nighthawks

During a break in the act the nighthawksindublin got up to do their short play Lennon v McCartney.

I must say that I was very impressed.

It was very well acted.

I had been told that it only lasted 8 to 10 minutes but it seemed longer than that.

The audience loved it and laughed throughout.

Tony Bramwell

Then there was the great Tony Bramwell who gave a little talk and then took many questions from the audience.

After that Candlestick Park got up again and were even better in their second stint than they were in the first.

It was a great night.

Candlestick Park will be playing tonight in the Malin Road between 8 and 9pm and from 11pm in the Bar-a-Cuda.
