Rowing Club Quiz

There will be a quiz on behalf of the Moville Rowing Club on Thursday this week in Rosatos.

Last week they went to fetch Beatles road manager Tony Bramwell in Greencastle and rowed him the three miles to Moville for the BeatlesFest after he had come cross on the ferry from Magilligan.

New Boats

The rowing club need the money for new rowing boats.

They will be rowing from Scotland to Ireland next year, a jounrey that will take 14 hours.

There will be a men's and a women's boat with two crews (hopefully) for each boat.

They must be mad.

Good Craic

However, they will be out in force on Thursday this week for the quiz in Rosatos.

It should be good craic again.

The questions aren't too hard at the Rosatos quiz as the Question Master isn't too clever.

There's always a sting in the tail with the Guess Who round at the end.
