Moville Craic

A Moville chef was out for a meal the other night in The Waterfront in Moville when he declared that he had at last got the perfect steak.

He likes medium / rare steak but withouth the garnish - just the steak and thin cut slices of tomato.

Not What He Wants Usually

Although he always says he doesn't want the garnish it seems that he usually gets it.

He also gets his steak not to his taste but more well done than he asks for.

Just Perfect

But last Saturday night in The Waterfont it was just perfect.

The steak was medium rare, it had no garnish, it had his thinly sliced tomatoes - and it tasted just great.

He had it with tabacca onions which he said were crisp and just as he liked them.

He said that the crisped new potatoes were just as he liked them too.

Eating Experience

The Waterfront in Moville is not just a meal out - it is an eating experience.

The situation is just perfect - overlooking Lough Foyle.

The waiters and waitresses are helpful and friendly too.

Who Was It?

So. who cooked the perfect steak in The Waterfront last Saturday night at about 7:30 - 8:00 pm?

I asked who was cooking that night and was told that Claire, Helen, Laura and Deborah were all cooking.

So, it had to be one or more of them.

The chef asked to remain anonymous (he was not from The Waterfront).
