Discrepancy

So will the weather be good or not for the DylanFest?

If you look at the Derry Forecast, 20 miles up the road it is not good for the weekend.

However, the forecast for Malin Head, which is in Inishowen, like Moville is much better.

Derry is to have light showers on Friday followed by heavy rain on Saturday.

If the DylanFest was taking place in Derry I would be very worried.

Malin Head

The Malin Head is more detailed and gives clear blue, sunny skies for Friday and light rain on Saturday morning and afternoon clearing up for the evening when the bands play out in the street.

Let's hope we get the Malin Head weather rather than the Derry weather.

We often get weather different from that of Derry even though it is only 20 miles away.

I'm told that the hills give Moville more protection from the worst of the weather.

We'll see.

Weather Eye

I'll be keeping a weather eye on it.

Once it stops raining I'll go up to Gillen's shop and ask them.

They'll know.
