MAGMA

Moville & Greencastle Music Academy will be launched in Rosatos on Friday, January 27th.

Anyone who plays music, puts it on or just enjoys watching it are invited to come along and enjoy the evening - and to join the Academy if they so wish.

It builds on the success of the recent Singer / Songwriter competition.

Other Events

It is hoped that a lot of music events will spring from it.

The next event is likely to be a Moville & Greencastle Music Awards ceremony which will give awards in such categories as Best Male Singer and Best New Act.

At the launch most of those who took part in the singer songwriter contest will again take part singing a few of their own and some covers.

Indeed, the winner of the Songwriter Contest, Lawrence Hackett from Cork will be coming back again to sick the song that won the contest.

Food and Music

On the same night Bredin Guitars will be launched.

Rosatos will be doing food for the occasion so don't fill up before you come out.

It should be a night to remember.
