I don't like the look of the weather over the next few days

Weather

It has been a nice spell of weather recently.

After the summer we had it was nice to get it.

CraicOn did predict it would be this way back in May.

There was a good spell in late May and, as usual, people were starting to predict a good summer.

However, the pattern has becoming plainer in recent years.

Pattern

Occasionally we have an exceptional summer.

However, the more likely scenario is that we have a good spell in May followed by a poor June, July and August, followed by a good spell in September.

Now it looks like, with September coming to an end, the good weather is going with it.

Wet and Windy

Indeed, Monday and Tuesday are going be wet and windy, with the wind getting up to 80 kph in gusts.

That doesn't sound very nice.

We'll need to pack away our shorts and summer gear till next year.
