Molly Kearney

Molly Kearney for Greencastle, who is in the Gaelscoil, hs got to the final of the All Ireland Google Doodle competition.

Voting for it closes at midnight on Monday night.

According to Google's website:-

"At Google we use the homepage logo designs, or doodles, to celebrate different people, events or special dates.

"These doodles are usually created by our Google web designers.

"However, for the fourth year running we're inviting Irish students to create their own doodle by taking part in the Doodle 4 Google competition!

"The winning student will have their doodle appear on the Google Ireland homepage for 24 hours.

"They will also receive a laptop for themselves and one for their teacher, and their school will receive a €10,000 technology grant!

"This year's theme is 'I wish....' We’d love to see doodles inspired by schoolchildren’s big wishes; whether it’s going to the moon, having a super power, becoming the president or meeting someone famous".
