Greencastle Regatta

Greencastle Regatta Committee was rewarded for all the good work they have put in when bumper crowds attended the festival on the Saturday night.

It was thought that there was at least as many people at it as last year.

They put on a good programme of events and hired top bands.

Weather

The weather kept up for them too.

Now they are hoping that the weather holds out for their big events tonight incuding the Cavanagh Borthers at 6pm and Bagatelle who start playing at 10pm.

The street will be closed off at 3pm with an admittance charge of €5.
