Rowing

If you think that you can row from Derry to Greencastle why not contact Alberty Doherty and his pals who are organising a sponsored row on June 27th.

It starts at Preben Boat Club in Derry and finishes at Greencastle.

That must be about 21 miles as the crow flies - or the salmon swims.

That should get you pretty fit.

And charity will benefit as well.

All over Ireland

Rowers are coming from over all Ireland from places like Arkle and Larne amongst others.

It should be a great day out and then you can enjoy the food afterwards in Moville followed by an evening of entertainment.

Sounds like a good date to circle in your calendar.

If you want to take part or to find out more information call Albert Doherty on 074 93 83360.
