Donegal house prices falls accelerating

Falls

According to a new report for the Sunday Times, house prices in Donegal fell by 17.5% last year.

This compares to an 11% fall the year before.

Houses have now lost 48% here since the peak.

Further falls

They are predicted to fall a further 8% this year.
