Craic On in Muff

The man known as The Baker, Seamus Doherty, went on a raiding party down to Muff to get revenge for the Muffmen's raid on Moville recently when they plundered 1,000 Euros at a big Texas Holdem poker game in Rosatos.

He didn't quite get the main prize of 1,000 Euros but he did grab the 2nd prize pot of 500 Euros which goes part of the way to recovering Moville's money from the Muffmen (wouldn't the Muffmen make brilliant children's TV animated characters?).

Rosatos

In the regular Rosatos Wednesday Texas Holdem the pot was split again.

For the second week on the trot Niall McCormick from Greencastle split the pot. Perhaps he should have more confidence in his ability and go for the big win.

He shared the pot this week with Darren McAvenue of Malin Head.

2007 Winners

The winners so far in the chase for the Rosato's 2007 Texas Holdem trophy are as follows:-

2 - Eddie Harkin
1 - Graham Norris, Cathal Kelly, Conor McElhinney, Stephen McDermott, Dermot McLaughlin, Niall McCormick
0.5 - Paul Bredin, Andrew Norris, Damian O'Donnell, Darren McAvenue
