James & Niamh

Two youngsters from Moville and Muff sang and played their hearts out in Rosatos on Sunday night and won the crowd over big time.

The applause got louder the longer they played till the applause was tumultuous at the end.

They were discovered by Eddie Harkin from a video they posted on YouTube.

The video posts Niamh as being called Niamh Creggan.

James McDonald is from Moville.

Both of them play the guitar well and Niamh has a fantastic and mature voice, young as she is.

Breakthrough

These youngsters have now made their breakthrough in Moville and one suspects that they will go much further.

It's not often that the Rosatos customers are as rowdy as that but the youngsters really got the crowd going.

They can only get better.

One suspects we are going to see a lot more of them.

Video

I've already enquired if they know any Dylan or Beatles songs and I'm sure the Lighthouse festival people will be after them too.

Here's the video that got them a gig in Rosatos - Niamh and James

See what you think.
