Moville Sewerage Plant Video Launch
Video Launch of Community Concerns re proposed Moville Sewerage Plant
Local Moville environmental group, Community For a Clean Estuary, intends to launch it’s now completed video outlining it’s concerns regarding the proposal by Irish Water to build a waste water treatment plant at Carnagarve with associated effluent discharge pipe into Lough Foyle.
Local people are invited to come along to this community initiative and share any thoughts and views they may have.
Moville and Greencastle Denied Waste Water Treatment Planet
The communities of Moville and Greencastle have been denied a waste water treatment plant for far too long. The CFCE is determined to fight for a plant which meets the needs of the entire community of both townlands, protects the health of the people, the local environment and the local economy.
Irish Water’s Proposal
To this end we feel it is important that the residents of both towns are provided with the full facts about the risks Irish Water’s proposal poses to our community. This short film should go some way to balance the conversation and dispel some of the misinformation presented by Irish Water.
Video will be shown in Serenity House at 7.30pm on Fri the 14th of June.
The video lasts 12 minutes.
