It’s the news we’ve all been waiting for. Since it was first announced that our village is getting its very own brand new restaurant and bar, it’s the opening date that everyone’s been talking about for months. ‘When’s it opening?’ ‘Have you heard when they’re definitely opening?’ Just a snippet of the questions I’ve been getting asked in recent weeks. Only last Saturday night someone asked me and they said, ‘surely it’ll be October at least’. Alas not.

This very summer, that of 2018, will indeed see our new, The Treehouse Bar & Restaurant opening it’s doors to the public.

Over recent months we’ve watched as the building takes shape ( and boy it’s taking shape ), as the roof went on, and now as those windows go in. It really is beginning to look rather inviting.

Earlier today their facebook page put up a post saying, ‘Big news coming at 5pm.’ And now it really is official:

The Treehouse Bar & Restaurant will open it’s doors on Friday 24th August 2018.

Late August will be awash with folk eager to sample the new menu, taste a ‘Treehouse’ cocktail, or just sip a glass of vino. Whichever is the one for you, The Treehouse Bar & Restaurant will be there, open and welcoming us all to explore this new hive of dining in the village.

Now where do I make that reservation for dinner?
