Spinach Good for You

I read in my newspaper that a survey has shown how good yoru greens are for you.

The study shows that those who eat a lot of green leaf vegetables like lettuce and spinach have a much less chance of getting early dementia.

Indeed, if you eat yoru spinach you will suffer dementia an average of 11 years later than those who don’t eat up their greens.

So, maybe have a few extra Brussels Sprouts this Christmas and tuck into the spinach for the rest of the year.

Popeye and Olive Oil – a Healthy Relationship

And if you are cooking with oil it seems it is healthier to use Olive Oil rather than other oils.

It looks like TV show Popeye the Sailorman was a good advert for healthy eating.
