The Yetis

That great weekend is upon us again, i.e. the Inishowen Vintage Show which is on Sunday.

The Inishowen Vintage Weekend also involves top music in the marquee on both the Friday and Saturday nights.

Topping the bill, as Nathan Carter did a couple of years ago, are that great local band, The Yetis.

It was originally thought that it was necessary to bring in top name bands from outside.

However, The Yetis showed that they could fill the tent on a Friday night two years ago so were promoted to Headline on the Saturday night last year.

They showed they could fill the marquee again and so have the top slot again this year.

Top Acts

Starting off for them will be that great local singer Maria McCormick.

Tonight (Friday) there will be Ritchie Reno headlining with Gary Fitzpatrick starting off.

It should be a great weekend of music and entertainment.

Let’s hope we get the usual good weather for it.
