Tomorrow sees the onset of the state examinations 2016 in Ireland. Tomorrow morning at 9.30am will see thousands of Leaving Cert and Junior Cert students sit the English exam paper. Tomorrow afternoon is Home Ec for the Leaving Certers. A very tough time for all of these students. In particular for the Leaving Cert folk. These exams determine where these young people will be next year. These exams will pave the way for their future.
So much emphasis is placed on education in the modern world.
But where does it all start? Initially it starts in the home. But then it is time to move to pre-school. This is a whole new beginning and marks the start of our children’s education. Pre-school focuses on an introduction to learning and involves much play. But this period in a child’s life is important, both for the child and the parents.HB 1
And now, here in our very own village a new ‘hive’ of learning is about to unfold. A whole new swarm of little bees are getting ready to visit this hive and begin their educational journey. And a whole swarm of bigger bees are contemplating the questions on the English paper tomorrow morning.
Honey Bees Pre-School is opening in September 2016 on Muff’s main street, behind Finnegan’s.
