Leaving Cert ENGLISH, Easter Revision day.
Are you stressing out over King Lear? Is the comparative seeming like a never ending haze of confusion? Or are those poets driving you nuts? Fear not! Why not avail of a one day revision session over the Easter holidays with The WRITE STUFF.
This one day revision in English will be held at Warrenview Manor in Muff on Wednesday 30th March, and will focus on approaching the English papers, both I and II. Areas to be focused upon will be time management, marking scheme, past questions, and more.
King Lear or The King’s Speech can also be watched if desired. This will be a small group session and discussion will prove a large part of the day. As well as focusing on the paper we will also cover King Lear, Poetry and Comparative study.
This day will reassure you that these two papers are very approachable and doable. Discussing the texts within a small group setting will only serve to enhance your understanding of them and further learning follow. Writing skills exercises will also take place (speed writing etc). Why not avail of this revision session and take away some of that Leaving Cert stress.
Cost for the day is €50 and will run from 10am to 3.30pm.
