A series of Children’s Creative Writing days for Halloween are being hosted by Grainne from The WRITE STUFF Kids Club. Tuesday 27th October will see a day of Spooky Writing and Spooky Reading in Muff from 10.30am at Warrenview Manor. 10.30am – 12.30pm for 6 – 8 year olds (cost €10). 1.30pm – 4.30pm for 9+ at a cost of €15 (€5 per hour).
Wednesday October 28th will be at Jessica’s Academy of Performing Arts, Church Street, Buncrana. Again from 10.30am – 12.30pm for aged 6 – 8 and from 1.30pm – 4.30pm for aged 9+.
Both days will see children writing spooky stories and poems, and reading spooky tales.
Creative Writing encourages ‘Independent Thinking’, boosts confidence and self-esteem as well as assisting in all areas of language. Why not enrol your child in one of these days and let the spooky stories flow.
Both days are hosted by Grainne McCool BA, MA, freelance writer and English tutor. Grainne writes with MummyPages and Irish Music Magazine and tutors Leaving Cert and Junior Cert English.
For further details on either day contact Grainne on 0863148541 or E: [email protected]. Places on both days are limited so booking is essential.
