Dylan / Beatles Weekend
This is the Dylan / Beatles Weekend in Moville.
Playing a mixed set of Dylan and Beatles songs, tonight, in Rosatos, will be Shaun Hiboy.
Shaun used to play regularly about the town but came out of ‘retirement’ to play both the DylanFest and the BeatlesFest this year.
Those who were there on the Sunday night in Rosatos during DylanFest weekend won’t forget the great gig he played there with Paddy the Shoe to round off the DylanFest nicely.
Rawdons and Annie’s Bar
Paddy, himself will be playing, as he always does, in Rawdons – a mixed set of traditional music, Irish folk and the rock and roll classics.
Annie’s Bar will have Maria McCormick playing there.
Dylan / Beatles on Saturday Night
Tomorrow, Saturday night, will see the return of the great American guitarist, Michael Thomas, to Rosatos to play a mixed Dylan and Beatles set.
He played at both festivals this year – as well as winning his heat of Busker Abu – TG4’s contest to find Ireland’s top busker.
Savage Henry will be playing a mixed set of Beatles and Dylan songs in The Clock on Saturday night.
