Autumn 5K in Muff for Muff Community Park!

Another 5K has been scheduled for October 26th in Muff. Once again the proceeds from the run will go towards the Muff Community Park. The last run was a runaway (scuse the pun) success and no doubt the next will be the same.
So all you guys and gals that are running the roads/parks/streets at present, be sure and register your interest for this forthcoming run.
Mia FunFitness gang will surely sign up and be well ready for this event…girls are you ready?
This is a great day for all the family and it is only serving to help raise the much needed funds to continue the upkeep of the much used park.
If you haven’t started running yet, there’s plenty of time to get those runners broken in and be well ready for October 26th.
