70 grand chopped off Malin Head house in December

It looks like people are starting to cut the prices they are seeking for their houses to try to get a sale. For instance, only 5 houses were sold in Moville in the whole of last year.
On the 13th of December 2013 the price was cut for a house in Malin Head. It’s now 70 grand cheaper than it was when it was put on the market.
