Rosatos

Rosatos will be closing its doors temporarily after tonight. They close annually for renovations but will take a bit more time out this year at their least busy time of the year.

They will be open for food and drinks today and tonight but after the doors close tonight that will be it till early March.

All Rosatos vouchers, will, of course, be valid after it reopens again.

Awards

Rosatos has won many awards including Best Traditional Pub in Ireland at the trade awards and the Sunday World Pub Spy Pub of the Year.

Both their regular diners and drinkers will miss it while it is shut.

The quality of the food is consistently high. It’s often said that you never get a bad meal in Rosatos.

Warm Welcome

There’s always a warm welcome for you there and a warm fire. Indeed my son said a few years ago “It’s never winter in Rosatos”. I told Eddie he should use that as his slogan.

There’s a lot of great music on as well on a Saturday night with a 4-week rotation of Bulrush, that great duo from Derry who played at the DylanFest so memorably, the Decibellas (Debbie & Geraldine with James McDonald), Damien Sheridan and Savage Henry who played a great gig last night.

It will be greatly missed for a month and a half or so. It remains to be seen which pub or pubs and restaurants that Rosatos regulars will frequent.
