Beautiful

More than half the readers of CraicOn every day are from outside Ireland. Some are Movillians who live abroad. Some are people who are regular visitors to here from Scotland etc. who want to know the craic in Moville.

I like, every so often, to tell them what it is like in Moville.

After seemingly weeks of stormy weather culminating in the day the River Row was battered almost into submission, it is a beautifully calm day today. There’s hardly a puff of wind and the skies are nearly clear blue. It’s very calm on the waters of the lough.

It’s on days like this that you wish that the shore walk path was still open.
