Craic On

CraicOn had its best ever month in October. We had 20,097 Page Views (the best and most accurate guide to traffic) in the month. That’s not bad for being mainly just for a couple of towns (and I believe must is classified as a village). Grainne coming on board doing the Muff section has been a great boost.

Even more important is that CraicOn is roaring up the Alexa charts. Alexa ranks all the websites in the world by traffic. They work it out on Visits to websites plus Pages Viewed.

CraicOn is ranked the 254,889th busiest websites in the world. That may not seem great but there are over 40 million websites globally so it is in the top 1% of websites in the world for how busy the website is. It has risen 63,486 places in the last 3 months.

Of even greater significance is that not only have we crashed into the top 1,000 websites in Ireland by traffic but we are now rated the 772nd biggest website in Ireland. Just think where it could be if it was Ireland wide.
