They won 2nd place in the Moville & Greencastle Music Academy Songwriter Contest 18 months ago behind only Lawrence Hackett from Cork, despite having never even played a gig before. Now they are regulars on the Moville circuit and one of the best acts. Tonight Debbie & Geraldine play Rosatos. Debbie will have to take a night off from behind the bar as she now works there. I’m sure those working there tonight will wish her well – and maybe she’ll play a couple of requests for them.

They really sing well in harmony and they always look as if there are enjoying it as much as the audience.
