For some time now it has been the talk of the village. Would the community play park ever get underway? Would our local children ever have this long talked about play park? Well in just a matter of weeks, which coincides nicely with the school holidays, the new play park will be ready to open its gates.
Work is progressing quickly over recent weeks and it is clear to see the park is well underway. The park will hopefully be the talk of the village for many more years to come and this time because of what a great place it is to bring the kids.
Funding is still needed to reach completion so please do continue to give towards this cause. A lot of work and time has been put into this project so here’s to many many happy and fun times in the new local community play park.
I must now find some children to take to the park!
