DylanFest and BeatlesFest to be on Gathering TV
In 2011 Raven made a film of the BeatlesFest on the Lough and another one of Stuck Inside of Moville, the DylanFest on the Lough. They are quality films. Raven had previously won an Emmy for a 15-minute documentary.
I heard that there was going to be a TV channel for this year’s The Gathering which was set up to bring visitors to Ireland from the diaspora to boost the economy in this awful downturn. So, I sent the films to them.
They got in touch and said they wanted to use them. Raven had to spend about a day getting them to their specifications and took them over to their offices in Dublin.
On TV
Now they’ve got back in touch saying that they were on Gathering TV. I presume it comes under Donegal News. It’s on at 5pm today and then it will be available on YouTube.
