Muff is alive with fitness these days and there’s enough for everyone so why not come on board. With such a variety of outlets to get fit in such a small area there really is something for everyone. Zumba Bokwa Donegal Aine is a fitness class that really is different! Zumba has been rife for a few years now and we all know it is a dance fitness class which incorporates lots of fun. I’ve tried it and laughed from start to finish. As someone with absolutely NO rhythm, the workout still gets done!
Aine is now incorporating Bokwa into her classes. Bokwa is different. It’s not specifically a dance routine. There is no choreography and no counting steps. Participants draw letters and numbers with their feet, while moving together to music in free form rhythm. It appears that everyone is doing it at present. So if you can move and you can spell, you can do Bokwa. Heck, it might just suit me!
Zumba Bokwa Donegal Aine holds a Zumba class in St. Mary’s Hall, Muff on a Tuesday evening from 6.30 to 7.30pm. A number of tracks are played to incorporate a little ‘Bokwa into these classes.  All classes are €5.  Or if preferred you can buy a 10 class pass for €40. A Wednesday morning Bokwa only class is due to commence in Muff in April. A free tester will take place on Wednesday 10th April at St. Mary’s Hall, Muff.
Aine Reddin is a fully qualified Zumba instructor and has been an instructor since 2011. She is now qualified to instruct Bokwa and has been holding classes since February 2013.
So if you have the time and the interest, pop along to St. Mary’s Hall Muff on a Tuesday evening or coming very soon, a Wednesday morning for a workout with a difference. Why not get fit and have fun in the process!! As the Zumba motto says, ‘Ditch the workout, join the party’!!
