I couldn’t believe my eyes whilst sitting in the Chasin’ Bull bar in Bundoran on Saturday evening, when I spied a poster across the bar titled ‘World Irish Stew Championships’. I got up from my cosy chair by the fireside to inspect. My eyes were not deceiving me. This was real!
