Craic On

The bank holiday weekend is upon us once more. So it’s time to kick back and enjoy some chillaxing time. What better way to spend it than sitting by the fireside in the ‘wee bar’ or dancing the night away in the ‘lounge’ at The Squealin’ Pig, Muff.

Tonight, Friday sees the annual night atthe races by Quigleys Point Swifts F.C. with fun kicking off from 8.30. The ‘wee bar’ will have no music tonight but the fun will all be in the ‘lounge’. Come along and support this annual event and ladies, remember to hunt out those ‘hats’. A great night’s craic is guaranteed.

Tomorrow night will see dancing in the lounge as per usual and a quiet relaxing drink in the ‘wee’ bar for all who don’t fancy hitting that dance floor! I could name a few!!!

Sunday, St Patrick’s Day will see the wee bar dancing on the stools no doubt. The fun kick’s off at 4.30pm with Milk Thistle playing till 6.30pm. Then it’s Golly G and Mike B taking the limelight. A few belters will be sung no doubt. Then at 8.30pm, the infamous Kevin Lees will be taking over. A great evening and night’s entertainment is definitely on the cards. From 10pm there will also be dancing in the lounge to Rio Country.  A few wee dances will no doubt be had in the bar before that.

So come along to the only pub in the village this St Patrick’s night and give it a lash…..
